About
I am a painter and photographer that is obsessed with environmental conditions.
It started on quiet summer nights on top of the extra studio space that my father and I built. I remember staring out into the red sky produced by retreating storm systems, “Red sky at night, sailors delight.” I think this was my introduction to meditation and realizing just how small we all are. Conversely, it is also foreboding. The Earth can be unforgiving if we treat her wrong.
Documenting my native New England as we all navigate climate change is a personal response to a problem that I have virtually no control over. So I make art about it. I am working on some bigger photography projects that I had conceived over the pandemic. I am also working on NEW PAINTINGS!
If you like my work and are interested in me continuing it. Please buy and share through your usual channels. I have taken pains to ensure that I can offer a wide array of media from my service provider, Printique. This was the best mix of value and quality I could find from a vendor.
Thanks so much for your support.
